I was VP and Purchasing for 10 years for Bard Industries before buying the company in 1994. I have attended many seminar - training sessions in the field of rubber industry. I am trained in SPC (Statistical Process Control) and SQC (Statistical Quality Control)

Mike Davidson - Plant Manager
I have over thirty-three years experience in the rubber mixing and molding field. I have previously owned and operated both a mixing facility, and a molding facility. I have been with Central Rubber & Plastics, Inc. since it opened five years ago. I have been employed as a production manager for numerous companies in the past. I have earned a degree in Rubber Technology, and attended many seminar-training sessions on molding and mixing rubber compounds. I am trained in Statistical Process Control, and in the use of numerous measurement devices.

Robert W. Salisbury - Sales Manager

Salisbury has been associated with the Rubber Industry since 1973. He holds certificates in Rubber Technology and Creative Management form the University of Akron and the University of Notre Dame. His experience includes Part Design, Blueprint Interpretation, Material Specification, Molding Techniques, Lathe Cutting, Extruding and Marketing. He was president of Bard Industries for 20 years before selling it to his Son 8 years ago.
